Do Effective Everyday Morning Workout No Equipment Needed

In this Everyday Morning workout session, we take only 10 minutes to complete all of those exercises.

In today’s busy life many people don’t have enough time to work out, so we have taken all those conditions as fairly and designed a 10-minute workout. Do this every day for better results.

1. Jumping Jacks

Jumping Jacks is an simple and funny exercise. Everybody can do easily without any effort. You can achieve more benefits to do in our daily life.

How to do?

  1. Stand straight and keep hands straight and arms should be side and uplifted.
  2. Position legs together.
  3. Bend Your Knees and Jump up.
  4. Hands and should be above the shoulder-width apart.
  5. Spread your legs when you jump.
  6. Bring back the position where you started.
  7. Repeat the steps until you get to sweat.

2. Body Weight Squats

Benefits of Body Weight Squats

  1. Tone your overall body.
  2. Improve your flexibility and posture.
  3. Burn Fat and rapid speed weight loss.
  4. Tone your butt.
  5. Keep your lower back strong.

How to do?

  1. Take a standup position and start with legs hip-width apart
  2. Lift your arms up in the front body to balance.
  3. Make sure back should be absolutely straight and neck must be in the same line.
  4. Hips and ties must be parallel to the floor.
  5. Push your hips back as though you are sitting on an imaginary chair.
  6. Come back to the initial position and repeat.
